To determine the direction the wall is facing (needed only for vertical sundials), we use either the exact address and a map (like Google Earth), or visit the site in person. This is an important step!

We’ll create the artistic or design concept based on your ideas, and through ongoing discussions, we’ll finalize it together.

Computer plan

3. step

If you're ordering a sundial that hasn't been built yet, we'll create a 3D design for you — complete with the exact hour lines.

Workmanship

4. step

The sundial is made by sculptor or blacksmith, and if it’s made of iron or steel, we’ll treat the surface to protect it.

Surface treatment

5. step

After the surface treatment, we add the antique finish and insert the polished bronze numbers. Your sundial is ready!
